Mr. Tsiknakis is an executive of tourism products, with many years of experience in the food & beverage sector. He currently works for Paralos Hospitality, in the position of Operations F&B Manager for the group hotels. From 2015 and for six years he was Deputy Director and Food & Beverage Manager in the Aldemar Hotels group (Aldemar Royal Mare, Aldemar Knossos Royal). In 2000, he started as a trainee at the Grecotel Group and reached the position of Maitre d’hôtel. He evolved in a short time in the hotels Grecotel Amirandes, Grecotel Creta Palace, Grecotel Mykonos Blu, Grecotel Cape Sounio. He is a graduate of the School of Tourism Professions of Alexandroupolis, while he has a constant presence in specialized, educational programs, with the aim of updating knowledge and developing additional skills in the field of food.

It is a hotel management and development company in Greece, with its vision the promotion of Greek culture and hospitality through the excellent quality of hotel services. Ο κ. Τσικνάκης είναι στέλεχος τουριστικών επιχειρήσεων, με πολυετή εμπειρία στον τομέα επισιτισμού. Αυτή την στιγμή εργάζεται στην εταιρεία Paralos Hospitality, στην θέση του Operations F&B Manager για τα ξενοδοχεία του ομίλου. Από το 2015 και για έξι χρόνια υπήρξε Υποδιευθυντής/ Food & Beverage Manager στον όμιλο Aldemar Hotels (Aldemar Royal Mare, Aldemar Knossos Royal). Το 2000 ξεκίνησε ως εκπαιδευόμενος στον Όμιλο Grecotel και έφθασε ως τη θέση του Maitre d’hôtel. Εξελίχθηκε σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα στα ξενοδοχεία Grecotel Amirandes, Grecotel Creta Palace, Grecotel Mykonos Blu, Grecotel Cape Sounio. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Σχολής Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων Αλεξανδρούπολης, ενώ έχει διαρκή παρουσία σε εξειδικευμένα, εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα, με στόχο την επικαιροποίηση γνώσεων και ανάπτυξη επιπλέον δεξιοτήτων, στον τομέα του επισιτισμού.
