Zeta Poulaki was born in Heraklion, Crete. She studied at the Technical University of Athens, in the School of Management & Economics, Department of Tourism Business Administration (1999) and at Open Hellenic University at the School of Social Sciences, Department of Tourism Business Administration, from where she graduated with a Master's Degree in 2007. From 1998 until today, she works as Ex. Housekeeper in various Greek and multinational hotel chains. At the same time, she was a professor at Technical University of Heraklion (2008 - 2011), as well as in public and private Educational Institutions (2006 - 2021). She has been also a member of the writing team for the curriculum of INSETE IEK (2016 - 2017). Since 2007 he has been trainer of selected teams in the subject of Housekeeping and Human Resources, and she has also worked as a consultant of Organization & Management issues of tourism and hotel businesses.

Η Ζέτα Πουλάκη γεννήθηκε στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης. Σπούδασε στο Τ.Ε.Ι. Αθήνας, Σχολή Διοίκησης & Οικονομίας, Τμήμα Διοίκηση Τουριστικών Επιχειρήσεων (1999) και στο Ε.Α.Π. στη Σχολή Κοινωνικών Επιστημών, Τμήμα Διοίκησης τουριστικών Επιχειρήσεων, από όπου αποφοίτησε με Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης (Master), το 2007. Από το 1998 έως σήμερα, εργάζεται ως Ex. Housekeeper σε διάφορες ξενοδοχειακές αλυσίδες, ελληνικές και πολυεθνικές. Παράλληλα, έχει διδάξει στο Τ.Ε.Ι. Ηρακλείου (2008 - 2011), σε δημόσια και ιδιωτικά ΙΕΚ (2006 – 2021), ενώ έχει αποτελέσει μέλος της συγγραφικής ομάδας της διδακτέας ύλης του ΙΝΣΕΤΕ ΙΕΚ (2016 – 2017). Από το 2007 ασχολείται επίσης με την εκπαίδευση επιλεγμένων ομάδων σε θέματα Housekeeping και Human Resources, και ως σύμβουλος σε θέματα Οργάνωσης - Διοίκησης τουριστικών και ξενοδοχειακών επιχειρήσεων.
