Mr Parasiris started his career at Aegeo Spas begins in September 2017 as HR assistant. In 2018 he took part in the company's executive development program and for the following years he worked in the positions of Sales Instructor, Assistant Head, Spa manager, assistant office manager, Assistant Regional Director, in the areas of Chania, Kos, Santorini, Mykonos and Mykonos. Since November 2021 he has been working in the position of HR Officer in the Region of Western Crete and Cyclades.

Την σεζόν 2018 έλαβε μέρος στο πρόγραμμα ανάπτυξης στελεχών της εταιρίας και για τα επόμενα χρόνια εργάζεται σε θέσεις Εκπαιδευτή Πωλήσεων, Βοηθός Τομεάρχη, Spa manager, Βοηθός Γραφείου Διοίκησης, Βοηθός Περιφεριακού Διευθυντή, στις περιοχές Χανίων, Κω, Σαντορίνης, Μυκόνου και Κύπρου. Από τον Νοέμβριο του 2021 βρίσκεται στην θέση του HR Officer στην Περιφέρεια της Δυτικής Κρήτης και Κυκλάδων.
